Stability Considerations for AHA Products

Glycolic acid itself is robust but its formula partners are not. Niacinamide can hydrolyse to nicotinic acid at low pH; vitamin C oxidises rapidly. Always run accelerated stability for 12 weeks at 40°C and 45°C.
